Thank you for visiting ChillinWithChand. We proudly present original, one-of-a-kind artworks in the styles of acrylic-poured paintings and abstract landscapes. As we are based in the UK, our artworks are available for shipping both locally and internationally.

Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how and where we ship.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. Keep in mind that this time may vary due to weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Methods and Costs

United Kingdom:

We primarily use Royal Mail for domestic shipments within the UK. Flat rate shipping cost of £14.99

United States:

For shipments to the United States, we use Royal Mail. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Europe:

European shipments are dispatched via Royal Mail. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Rest of the World:

We do offer worldwide shipping, and costs will be calculated at checkout.

All our artworks are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

United States and Europe: Custom duties, taxes, and any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you consult your local customs office for more details.

Rest of the World: Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine any additional costs.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.

Insurance

All artworks are insured during the shipping process at no additional cost to the buyer.

Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at enquiries@chillinwithchand.com. Please send us photos of the damaged artwork and packaging within 7 days of receipt. Once the claim is approved, we will arrange for a refund or a replacement, if available.
