Refund policy

Thank you for purchasing from ChillinWithChand. We appreciate your support for our artwork. The following policy outlines the rules and procedures for returns and refunds.

General Policy

- All sales are considered final upon shipment.

- Given the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of the artwork, returns are generally not accepted.

- Any issues with an order should be reported within 7 days of receiving the artwork. Failure to report within the timeframe will nullify any possibility of a return, exchange, or refund.

Damaged Items

-If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer support within 7 days of receipt.

-Proof of damage, such as photographs, are required.

-Damaged items must be returned to ChillinWithChand, a return label will be provided. Upon receipt and further inspection to ensure the damage was caused in transit as opposed to by the recipient/customer) a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Returns take 5-7 working days.

Shipping Costs

- For damaged orders, ChillinWithChand will cover the return shipping costs.

- For any other returns that may be permitted at the discretion of ChillinWithChand, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Cancellation

- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

- After the 24-hour period, cancellations will not be accepted as the art piece may have already been shipped.

International Orders

- Customs and import duties may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the recipient.

- We do not offer returns or refunds for issues related to customs and import duties.

California Law

Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act: Pursuant to the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, any original artwork sold through our website to a California resident comes with an implied warranty of merchantability, meaning the artwork is fit for its ordinary use and purposes. If any artwork purchased fails to live up to this implied warranty, customers have the right to seek a remedy, which may include a replacement or a full refund. However, it is essential for the customer to understand that the unique nature and aesthetic qualities of an artwork, which are subjective, are not covered under this warranty.
